To start an order a down payment of half the order total is needed.
Most orders take between 2 to 6 weeks . This is due to the large amount of hand sewing in my work. Also I start orders as they are received. If there is a larger volume of orders it may take longer.
With all clothing orders I require measurements and suit sizes. If the clothing is going to be worn any other way than period correct I need to know in advance so that the proper sizing is being made. The clothing is made to be period correct and there are items that are meant to button and items that are not if you are not sure I request that you discuss the order with me prior to the order being custom made. I cannot stress enough these orders are all individually made and are made based on period correct patterns.
There will be a 30% restocking fee on all individually made clothing orders returned. I apologize for this all though this has only happened one time it has forced me to incorporate this change in policy. We appreciate all our customers and our goal is full customer satisfaction.
